If you upload any music to the site (remix/original/cover), Unsigned Top Charts cannot take responsibility of copyright infringement as all music is hosted on secondary websites not connected to Unsigned Top Charts. If a claim is to be made against any music infringement, it must be taken up through the secondary websites mentioned previously.
Q: How do i upload my music?
A: You can upload you music by going to our upload page and filling in the form correctly.
Q: I have uploaded my song, but i cant seem to find it?
A: Your song will probably still be in review (each song is checked by our editors, no robots here), If it has taken longer than 24 hours, please check your emails for an acceptance email, or a decline email.
Q: How can i be a featured artist?
A: Featured artists are songs picked by our team, if your the best of the best, we might select you!
Q: Can i upload more than one song?
A: Yes if you upgrade to our premium artist account
Q: My song was uploaded, but then taken down!
A: Due to the high volume of traffic & uploads, sometimes a copy written song can slip through, if this happens we remove the song from our system and will send you an email explaining why we have done this.
Q: Can i advertise my album on your site
A: YES! We welcome advertisers, we are primarily a free site and we want to keep it that way, so by purchasing advertisment is a great way to share you album & support the site! To advertise click here >> Advertise
Q: I have a music video, can i put this on my songs page?
A: Yes, by becoming a premium artist you can add a music video to your songs page
Q: My song was declined from your site, why?
A: We have reserved the right to decline any songs due to the possibility of breach of our terms & conditions or due to the quality of content!
When uploading a song, you must obey the terms and conditions on the site, including the following: 1. ALL uploads must be self written content, no copy written material to be used in the song, this includes acapellas/instrumentals/lyrics 2. Songs can be declined or taken down by our admin, (if this happens it is probably conflicted with rule 1.) 3. If you upload a song you agree to all terms and conditions, which includes use of your song in promotions & multimedia projects subject to unsigned top charts. (Your song will never be sold/distributed with out consent from the owner) 4. When filling out the upload form, your email address MUST be functional and checked on a regular basis, (if any changes happen to your song, we want to tell you about it) 5. UTC reserve the right to decline song uploads.

Access to and use of any part or page of (the “Website”) both within the UK and internationally is provided by The unsigned top charts (UTC) on the following terms: 1. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the Website. Our Admin manually uploaded all previous songs to the new system, therfore your song has been labelled as a free user ‘user’ your artist name and song title still appear clearly in the post title however if you wish to have your song labelled with your own username eg (instead of ‘USER – ARTIST NAME – SONG TITLE’ just ‘ARTIST NAME – SONG TITLE’) please follow the instructions here: We can not and will not be held responsible for brand infringement of any songs/artists that are labelled ‘user’ or ‘premium’. This is purely to show if the user is free or premium. Contributions to UTC 6. By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with UTC you agree to grant to UTC, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it wants (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons) in any UTC media service worldwide (including on UTC’s Website accessed by international users). In certain circumstances, UTC may also share your contribution with trusted third parties. 7. Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it. 8. In order that UTC can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give UTC permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution. 9.
